SAW CUTTING
Price Steel has two computerized band saws from the industry leaders at Hyd-Mech to meet all of your custom cut requirements. Our M20A and H26-42 models are high capacity, high speed saws that ensure your materials are cut to an exact tolerance. Our Hyd-Mech H26-42 has a 42” throat depth enabling us to handle larger materials with a fast, accurate cut.
PRECISION SHEET AND PLATE PROCESSING WITH COMPUTER CONTROLLED PLASMA AND OXY FUEL CUTTING TABLES
If you need rings, circles, irregular shapes or straight lines, the dedicated staff of Price Steel is here to help. We offer custom plate cutting with two computer controlled precision cutting tables. Our “Messer MPC2000” Plasma Cutting System allows for high speed positioning at 1,000 inches per minute, HyDefinition cutting up to 38% faster than other high density systems. Pierce and cut to precision, material ranging from gauge plate to 2” thick. Along with true hole technology our Messer MPC is equipped with dual torches sitting on a 12’ x 75’ table giving the distinction of being the “first of its kind in Western Canada” when introduced. The MPC2000 complements our Sector precision eight torch oxy fuel cutting system. This oxy fuel system sits on an 18’ x 65’ table with piercing capability up to 8” thick.
